Shipping Policy

Free USPS Standard shipping on purchases $75.00 and over, excluding tax and any other offers or price adjustments. This offer is valid in all 48 contiguous U.S. states, but not valid in Alaska and Hawaii. Terms are subject to change without notice.

For all orders over $200, signature confirmation will be required upon receiving the package. If a signature is unobtainable and a package is returned to us, shipping charges will be charged to the customer.

We currently do not ship to APO or FPO addresses. Orders that contain a shipping address that is different from the billing address may be subject to review, in which case the customer will be contacted and may delay shipping time. Black Box Artistry cannot guarantee a ship date when an order is placed on hold for review. Tax rate is based on the shipping address and not the billing address.

Shipping to the upper U.S. 48 continental states:

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii:

All packages are sent via United States Postal Services.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. Items are non-refundable and cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds. Should you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, please contact customer service immediately.
